- 24-hour on-call staff of sub-contractors for emergency repairs.
- We actively monitor and inspect any repairs.
- Coordinate periodic maintenance such as lawn care and painting.
- When major upgrades are needed we provide analysis of possible payback period based on rent increases for such repairs.
